Description

The NOAA Normal Daily Mean Temperature dataset includes the average normal daily mean temperature measured in degrees Fahrenheit in the United States. The data shows annual mean temperatures and mean temperatures for the months of January and July.

Collection Methodology

Mean of daily temperature readings at NOAA reporting stations throughout the month of January, the month of July, and the mean of all temperatures for the year aggregated to US Census Designated Places.
