Description: The Consumer Expenditures dataset provides detailed information on the buying habits of US consumers at various geographic regions such as county, zip code, tract, and block group levels. The dataset includes over 150 variables in 15 categories such as food, housing, apparel and transportation. Updated annually and including current year estimates and 5-year projections, this dataset is an invaluable tool for identifying which products your customers want, how their spending compares with consumer trends, and where to market and expand your business.

Collection Methodology: Demographic estimates and projection models are modeled from the US Census and state and local data, modeled at the block group level.
