Dataset: Core Public Transportation

Description: The Core Public Transportation dataset models rail transit in the US and Canada and some international coverage. Data includes point data at the station level and several attributes (station name, connecting line names and operating hours). This dataset is derivative of URBANWARE Mass Transit and can be referenced for additional information. Note a premium version of the Public Transportation dataset is also available through Mapfluence.

Collection Methodology: Remote sensing, public record requests and extensive field research.
